Additional support to those who are furloughed and or short term unemployment (so have lost their job due to the COVID pandemic) in Gwent. Cyfle Cymru is our Peer Mentoring, education training and support project that works with recovery and resilience to mental health and substance misuse. Mental health includes anxiety and low mood. (and the full spectrum of complex care and those under mental health teams).
